Do I even need protein powder?

How much protein do I actually need?

Research consistently shows 1.6–2.2g of protein per kg of bodyweight per day is the effective range for muscle building. A 75kg person needs ~120–165g/day. If you can get that from food, you do not need powder.

When should I drink a protein shake?
